ERIN GENOWAY

Ideal Protein Coach

In May of 2011 Erin followed the Ideal Protein Protocol for 5 weeks and lost a total of 23 pounds, then lost another 12 pounds later that year. Seeing results weekly in both weight and inches lost, along with encouragement from her Ideal Protein coach really inspired her.

Erin is now a fully Certified Ideal Protein Coach and Phase 4 Ideal Lifestyle Coach who strives to help people attain a healthier lifestyle. Erin began coaching in October of 2011 when she and her daughter Leslie opened their 1st Authorized Ideal Protein center in October 2011.

Erin enjoys the field of nutrition and wellness and wants to help people make a positive difference in their lives through weight loss and lifestyle changes. She is passionate about helping others improve their lives.

Erin’s favorite part of the Ideal Protein protocol over the last 4 years has been watching clients transform their bodies and significantly improve their health profiles through learning about nutrition, healthy habits and wellness. Many of her clients claim that losing weight helped them with many conditions such:

• Hypertension
• High Blood Pressure
• Type 2 Diabetes
• Sleep Apnea (or other breathing problems)
• Sore and aching joints

Erin says that, “one-on-one guidance will empower you with the knowledge and essential nutritional education you need to make smarter lifestyle changes that will help you maintain a stable weight after dieting. This protocol helped me lose the weight and taught me a whole new way to look at nutrition to keep the weight off.”

The most remarkable benefit about coaching the Ideal Protein weight loss protocol at LG Fitness is the knowledge and support so readily available from our highly qualified Personal Training staff

Erin is excited to be in a position to help our clients here at LG Fitness as they reach their nutrition and weight loss goals, join our team.
